Anna Silk
Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is Anna Silk (born January 31, 1974) is a Canadian actress most commonly known for her part as Bo in the Showcase television series Lost Girl. Silk was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick in Canada. Ilkay Silk's parents are Peter Silk, an academic as well as Peter Silk who was a well-known actor, director, producer, writer, teacher, and Director of Drama, St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna holds some of her earliest memories of watching and going to rehearsals for plays. Silk created a variety of commercials when she was still in the midst of her childhood. The Bachelor in Arts was awarded by St. Thomas University, 1997. Theatre St. Thomas staged at least 2 early plays: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk was moved to Toronto, Canada in November of 1999 in order to pursue her acting. After that, she relocated into Los Angeles California during the subsequent decade. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007, when they met at an Actorsworkshop held at the Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. In 2009, the couple were married civilly in December 2009. After she had converted to Judaism the couple renew their vows in the Jewish ceremony on the 10th of April 2011, in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her first child Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron, her second baby was born on the 13th of May, 2016. Silk is famous for her role on television in the role of Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009 she was awarded a nomination by for the Gemini Awards. The Canadian show Lost Girl cast her as Bo Dennis, the lead character from the succubus. Silk was pregnant during shooting the final season of the third season. The actress announced her pregnancy to fans during her Showcase Season Three pre-show special that aired on the 6th of January, 2013. Silk posted on Twitter on the 20th of June, 2013 that the production was set to begin on Season 4. In June of 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the beginning of production for Season 4, which will air in the fourth season. CNN Cable News Network named Bo together with Lauren Zoie Palmer, as the same-sex couple in Lost Girl to be one of their top TV Couples of all time. E! Magazine declared them Top TV Couples in 2013 Entertainment Television. Silk has an enormous following on Facebook and Twitter as a direct result of its success.
